We held a photoshoot for our artist in Georgie's sisters bedroom as we wanted to use items in there as the backdrop. We took lots of photos and wanted to include lots of them in the final digipack, it was hard to pick final images. We layered 3 images over each other for our original front cover, but after gaining feedback from our focus group, we decided to tone it down and use just one image.
We also layered images over eachother on the inside left and inside right cover. Although the images we layered over were of flowers and glitter, things we thought were conventions of girly pop music vidoes and digipaks etc. The images look very soft, which is what we wanted to go for by using the blue colour codes and used the pink flower and glitter to bring in the girlyness. The flower also links to the music video but we didnt want to make that connection too obvious. We may also use the flowers and glitter on the website yet, but we are still undecided.

We are still a long way from being finished on our website, but we decided to look at other female artists websites, such as Rihanna, Beyonce, Tinashe and Nicki Minaj. From this, we leanred we need to fill our website with more images etc than words as it can get boring with too many words. Also there was several commom conventions such as links to download albums/music, a gallery and tour dates.
